A CCAA team led by Madame the Director General has made a study visit to the French Directorate General of Civil Aviation (DGAC) from 03 to 07 October 2017 in Paris.

Organized within the framework of cooperation between the two aeronautical authorities, the visit is intended for the CCAA to share the French experience in the production and implementation of aeronautical servitude plans.

The CCAA team met with officials of DSNA Services- the expertise and consultancy office of the French civil aviation. The office provides services in various areas of civil aviation based on its much acclaimed recognition. Discussions at the meeting focused on collaboration for the establishment of PSAs on Cameroon’s secondary aerodromes.

Another working session was held with officials of the Air Transport Directorate. The CCAA team was schooled on the various steps from the initiation of a PSA project of an airport to its publication in order to make it effective against third parties.
