FOR THE RECRUITMENT OF A FIRM IN VIEW OF IMPLEMENTING A MANAGEMENT STRUCTURE BASED ON WORK STATIONS AT THE CAMEROON CIVIL AVIATION AUTHORITY (CCAA) 

1.     Purpose of the Tender

As part the CCAA’s human resource managerial policy, the Director General of the Cameroon Civil Aviation Authority (CCAA) Owner, launches an open national invitation to tender for the recruitment of a firm to put in place a management structure based on work stations at the Cameroon Civil Aviation Authority CCAA.

2.     CONSISTENCY OF SERVICE:

The firm's mission should allow the CCAA to:

•    Improve the organization of staff work, in compliance with legal and regulatory requirements ;

•    Better arrange tasks, roles and responsibilities and improve the definition of skills required by work stations ;

•    Establish relationships between work stations in each structure and sub-structure ;

• Improve the efficiency, motivation and satisfaction of staff individually and collectively;

•    Prepare the implementation of a jobs and skills forecast management system;

•    Have basic elements for possible reforms of the remuneration scheme ;

•    Develop performance culture through a clear description of roles and responsibilities as well as the necessary skills and resources.

The specific tasks for this call for tenders are described in the terms of reference contained in this tender file.

3.     Execution deadline

The duration of the service is 21 weeks from the date of service order notification. This deadline includes the validation period.

4.     Maximum number of lots:

Benefits are accrued in a lot (01) single.

5.     Estimated Cost

The estimated cost of the operation at the end of preliminary studies of fifty-five millions (55,000,000) CFA francs.

6.     Participation and origin.

Participation in this invitation to tender is opened to all companies under Cameroonian law specialized in human resources management.

7.     Financing

The services that are the subject of this invitation to tender are financed by the CCAA budget for the financial year 2018, on budget account line N ° 612 050 and task: 40401001.
