The Cameroon Civil Aviation Authority (CCAA) has organized this meeting approving flight schedules for the winter season 2019-2020 airlines serving Cameroon on Wednesday, October 09, 2019 in the conference room of the Air Force Base 101 in Yaounde.

From the work undertaken by all the airlines, the Cameroon Civil Aviation Authority (CCAA) approved 18 flight programs of the 19 filed and submitted for review. It should therefore be noted that the following companies flight programs have been validated to serve the international network; Air France, Brussels Airlines, Turkish Airlines and Cargolux.

The regional network programs were approved for Camair-Co, Royal Air Maroc, Egypt Air, Ethiopian Airlines, Allied Air, Afrijet Business Services, Asky Airlines, Air Côte d'Ivoire, Cronos Airlines, Kenya Airways, Ceiba Intercontinental, Chadia Airlines, Rwandair and Trans Air Congo.

The airlines were invited to respect the slots and cooperate fully with the CCAA Inspectors during the SAFA (Safety Assessment for Foreign Aircrafts) checks.

It should be noted that the Cameroonian skies are more and more solicited, which confirms that the safety and security system put in place conform with  norms and recommendations of the ICAO.

As a reminder, the winter season starts on November 1, 2019 and will end on March 31, 2020.
