On Tuesday, December 18, 2018 Mrs. AVOMO Assoumou Paule KOKI enjoined them to a rational management of resources put at the disposal of the Transport Sector Development Project TSDP-Areal Part.

One of the requirements imposed on project managers by the Government is efficiency and responsiveness in their implementation.

Madam the Director General made no exception to this rule during the meeting she had with managers of the Transport Sector Development Project (TSDP-Air component).

She reminded them of the huge responsibility they have to implement the (TSDP) –Air Component in Cameroon, a project financed by the World Bank to the tune of 30 billion.

In her view, "the TSDP must be transparent and rational in carrying out all of its activities."

Also, in order to respect deadlines for the execution of the said project's contracts and to increase the pace of its activities, she recommended the use of office and collaborative tools such as the intranet, in place of meetings.

It was also an opportunity for the DG to enjoin the TSDP team to reinforce synergy, complementarity, team spirit, belonging and adherence to the project.

She did not fail to urge the team to demonstrate more involvement and innovation based on the identification of critical areas of safety and airport security for a sustainable implementation of the TSDP-air component.

The Staff took advantage of this meeting to make proposals for improvement of work output at the TSDP and for better integration of the Unit within the CCAA.

The meeting ended with a guided tour of offices of the TSDP, located at the 2nd floor of the headquarters building of the Caisse Autonome d'Amortissement (CAA).
