CCAA celebrates women
Festivities of the 34th edition of International Women's Day (IWD) at the Cameroon Civil Aviation Authority (CCAA) from March 5 to 8, 2019 were colourful.
Aside from the parade during the traditional march past, the women were keen on demonstrating their know-how through several activities.
In line with the theme of this edition, the women of CCAA focused on being innovative. The organization of the first edition of the culinary day and a visit of the sick at the district hospital of Mfou perfectly illustrate this IWD edition’s novelty.
The round table organized on the occasion was a forum to create awareness on opportunities nowadays to better bridge gender inequalities.
Other fun activities such as general cleanup and the sport also marked this edition of IWD.
The high point of celebrations was the moment of communion with all the male staff in the presence of the Director General Madame Paule ASSOUMOU KOKI.
