CCAA Training School now an associate member of ICAO's TRAINAIR PLUS program
The onsite assessment was conducted from July 8-11, 2019 by Mr. Hervé TOURON, a qualified assessor from the International Civil Aviation Organization (ICAO).

The assessment was carried out in good conditions with no recommendations made to the Cameroon Civil Aviation Authority (CCAA) Training School.
The TRAINAIR PLUS Program set up by ICAO is a network of training centres. Becoming an associate member is the first step which the CCAA Training School is taking in view of subsequently becoming a Full Member.
The Associate Membership Status in the ICAO's TRAINAIR PLUS Program will henceforth give the CCAA Training School access to 217 teaching kits and to the qualified instructor file of the training network organisation.
It should be noted that the expert's assessment focused on equipment, facilities, organization and human resources of the Training School. The goal was to ensure compliance with ICAO requirements, one which was achieved.
The CCAA Training School is therefore a centre for courses designed using competency-based methodology, a centre of excellence in the sub-region. The certificate of membership will be presented to the Training School at the 40th ICAO General Assembly scheduled from September 24 to October 4, 2019.
