The Board of Directors approves the 2025 Financial Statements of the CCAA

This took place during the 58th Ordinary Session of the Board of Directors of the Cameroon Civil Aviation Authority (CCAA), held on June 30, 2026, in the seaside town of Kribi. The session was chaired by Mr. NGOLLE III Patrice Emmanuel, Chairman of the Board of Directors, with Mrs. AVOMO ASSOUMOU Paule  KOKI reporting on the items listed on the agenda.

 

The session concluded with the Board adopting key resolutions to ensure the Authority’s operational efficiency, including the approval of:

-The 2025 Administrative and Management Accounts;

-The 2025 Annual Performance Report;

-An amendment to the 2026 budget; and

-The revised 2026 Annual Performance Plan.

Furthermore, several other matters were addressed during the 68th and 69th Extraordinary Sessions, held on July 1 and 2, 2026. These notably included the review of certain aspects of the organizational chart regarding the Aviation Safety Directorate (DSA), health insurance, the passing of the Deputy Director General, a progress report on the works carried out at Bamenda Airport, and the presentation of the final report for the Air Transport Sector Development Project (TSDP)-air component, which concluded on June 30, 2026.

In addition, the Director General of the CCAA was authorized to sign two framework agreements with the University of Ebolowa and the Higher Institute of Transport, Logistics, and Commerce of Ambam, respectively, aimed at pooling their expertise. In conjunction with this decision, the Board of Directors members conducted a site visit to Kribi Airport.

The Board of Directors, satisfied with the CCAA’s performance, endorsed the Directorate General's proposal to award a performance bonus to all staff members, recognizing them as the primary drivers of the Authority's objectives.
