A workshop aimed at strengthening aviation safety in the Africa/Indian Ocean region was organised at the CCAA Training School from October 7-9, 2024 for aviation sector experts by ICAO in collaboration with the Cameroon Civil Aviation Aviation Authority.

He was chosen as the new Director General of the Agency for the Safety of Air Navigation in Africa and Madagascar (ASECNA), at the end of the 74th extraordinary session of the Agency's Committee of Ministers meeting held on September 27, 2024, in Dakar.
