Sixteen airlines had their flight schedules approved on Wednesday, 8 October 2025, during a meeting attended by the representative of the Minister of Transport, representatives of airlines and operators serving Cameroon. These airlines include Air France, Brussels Airlines, Allied Air, Air Algérie, Royal Air Maroc, Cronos, Rwandair, Kenya Airways, Air Côte d'Ivoire, ECAir, and Royal Airways.

The Head of the Air Transport Division (DTA), in his capacity as representative of the Director General of the CCAA, chaired the meeting.
After analysing all the flight schedules, a few minor adjustments to flight times and additions to the number of flights operated by certain airlines were noted.
The main changes for this season are as follows:
The Allied Air airline schedule has undergone slight changes, with the number of flights reduced from seven to six.
Air Algérie has added one flight, bringing the total to four. It now serves Ndjamena in fifth freedom from Douala.
Royal Air Maroc has changed its flight schedules, adding a Boeing 787-800 max and withdrawing the 789.
ASKY, which operated six flights during the 2025 summer season, has increased to seven.
Rwandair has announced a change of aircraft with the introduction of an A330 to replace the B789.
And finally, Kenya Airways, which is increasing its frequency from four to six flights and will now transit through Abidjan before arriving in Cameroon.
Two new operators have also arrived. These are the Nigerian airline NG Eagle and the Chadian airline Royal Airways.
The CCAA, in its capacity as regulator of the aviation sector in Cameroon, raised the issue of connectivity in Central Africa and invited airlines in the sub-region to focus on cooperation to address this problem.
The airlines were also invited to submit their flight schedules to the CCAA for approval one month before the start of the season. Failure to meet the deadline could result in financial penalties, in accordance with the regulations in force.
