Solemn academic opening of ESNAA and CAMRA training programs at the CCAA Training School (EFO)

Under the banner of regional integration, the Cameroon Civil Aviation Authority (CCAA) hosted the solemn academic opening for its new cohorts of aviation professionals on Friday, December 12, 2025, at the Yaoundé Training School. This event marked the inauguration of the very first class of the Bachelor’s in Air Navigation Services and Aerodrome Operations (ESNAA) and welcomed the third cohort of the Specialized Master’s in Aircraft Maintenance and Recycling (CAMRA).

Aviation Security Crisis Exercise at Garoua International Airport

The Cameroon Civil Aviation Authority (CCAA) organized this exercise on 10 December 2025, based on the simulation of an act of unlawful interference perpetrated on this platform. Named "Bénoué 2", it was placed under the authority of Mr. ABATTE EDI’I Jean, Governor of the North Region, who served as the Director of the said exercise. The exercise constituted a test, carried out by the CCAA, of the existing security framework.
