Board of Directors
The CCAA Board of Directors includes 12 members:
A Chairperson of the Board of Directors
An administrator representing the Presidency of the Republic
An administrator representing the Prime Minister’s Office
An administrator representing the Ministry of Transport
An administrator representing the Ministry of Finance
An administrator representing the Ministry of Defense
An administrator representing the Ministry of the Economy, Planning and Regional Development
An administrator representing the Ministry of State Property, Surveys and Land Tenure
An administrator representing the Ministry of Tourism and Leisure,
An administrator representing the Ministry of External Relations
An administrator representing the staff
The Chairperson of the Board of Directors is appointed by decree of the President of the Republic for a three-year term, renewable once (Law No. 2017/010). Similarly, the members of the Board of Directors are also appointed by decree of the President of the Republic, upon recommendation of the administrations or organisations they represent, for a three-year term, which may also be renewed once.
The Board of Directors has the power to define and guide the CCAA’s general policy and to assess its management, within the limits set by its corporate purpose and in accordance with the regulations.
The Directorate General
The Directorate General, for its part, is headed by a Director General, assisted by a Deputy Director General, both appointed by the President of the Republic for a three-year term, which may be tacitly renewed twice.
