As part of the implementation of security measures, the CCAA signed agreements on 17 September 2021 with several administrations, including the General Delegation for National Security (DGSN), the General Directorate for External Research (DGRE), Customs, the National Gendarmerie, and the Armed Forces. These various agreements set out the rights and obligations of each stakeholder.

As for the CCAA, it receives support from these administrations, alongside Airport Security Officers (ASO), in implementing security measures at six airports (Douala, Yaounde, Garoua, Maroua, Bafoussam and Ngaoundere). In return for this service, the CCAA pays staff working for these administrations a performance bonus, disbursed quarterly on the basis of their actual attendance at their duty stations.
